ORDERING PROCEDURES
1. Send us an email stating the models and quantity desired, together with your shipping address information. We will then give you a full quote with shipping and handling included.
2. Send us an order confirmation email for fax if you accept our quote. We will return an invoice copy by email or fax. Please check all your details are correct. The goods will be shipped to the address on the invoice.
3. Send us the full payment by T/T or money order/bank draft in favor to Prof Company. Our banker details can be found in our contact page and the invoice copy. Currently not accepting credit cards.
4. Goods will be shipped out within 3 working days after received your payment. I can tell you most shippments were sent on the same day or the next day after we received payments. Please allow for some special occasions such as holidays as we can do nothing but wait for the post office to open.
NOTES
The customs regulation for importing air guns / airsoft guns varies from country to country, or even state to state (you should know better than me if you are in the U.S.). Check you local customs regulation for importing procedures and required supporting documents before sending us the payment. For example, airsoft guns required an orange tip and trademarks removed to conform U.S. customs.. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he/she is eligible to buy air guns / airsoft guns, and importing procedures are followed. Let us know if you have other instructions and we will do to support.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shippment quoted will be by SPEEDPOST (EMS) unless otherwise specified / requested. It is fast and comparatively cheaper. Can reach most areas in 3 days. An EMS serial number is also available for parcel tracking purpose.
